We Need Your Feedback!

Hello StreamCraft friends, thank you for your support so far! We’re always trying to make improvements for the platform, and this time we want to know what you think about our notification system.

We heard that some of you are still having problems receiving notifications when the streamers you follow go live on StreamCraft! That’s why we need detailed reports and suggestions from you so we can do more investigation and improve our app. 

Before you report a problem, make sure you have followed all methods on our blog, “Configuring Android Notifications“. If you have followed the methods on the blog and are still having problems, do not hesitate to report this through the “Feedback” section in the app!

To help solve the problem, we need as much information as possible.
So please try to answer all the questions below!

  1. Do you receive StreamCraft notifications some of the time, only once in a while, or never?
  2. What’s your device’s system and brand? For example, Samsung Android.
  3. Have you installed any battery or memory management apps on your device?
  4. Have you turned on system notifications in your phone’s settings?
  5. Was your phone connected to the Internet when you were unable to receive notifications?

Along with answering these questions in your bug report, please do your best to make a recording the next time you do not receive notifications. 
Now that you know what information we need, it’s time we explain how to report this to StreamCraft. You can directly report bugs and make suggestions through the StreamCraft app!

How to report bugs on StreamCraft:

  1. On the homepage please go to the bottom right and tap “Me”
  2. After entering the section “Me” scroll to the bottom and tap “Got Feedback?”

3. After that tap “Bug”
4. Now enter the answers to all the questions we asked above, and tap “Send”. Remember, we need the answers to all 5 questions below:

  • Do you receive StreamCraft notifications some of the time, only once in a while, or never?
  • What’s your device’s system and brand? For example, Samsung Android
  • Have you installed any battery or memory management apps on your device?
  • Have you turned on system notifications in your phone’s settings?
  • Was your phone connected to the Internet when you were unable to receive notifications?

If you have any picture(s) and video(s) please also attach them to the report.

5. Don’t forget to check the “Send complete error log” button before you tap “Send”
6. After you tap “Send” the system will load for a few moments before your report is sent.

7. After that, you will receive a message in the application from “Service” that contains the report you just created!

  • Only users with valid or helpful reports will be selected and rewarded every month 
  • StreamCraft Coins will be deposited directly to winners’ accounts
  • If there is not enough valid/helpful reports, allocated Coin prizes will be forfeited
